About NAMI:
NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI advocates for access to services, treatment, support, and research, and is steadfast in its commitment to raising awareness and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness.

Specifically, NAMI:
Provides support and education programs for individuals living with mental health conditions and their families. Connects people with resources to help them navigate the mental health system. Raises awareness about mental health and advocates for policies that support individuals with mental illness.
